I, Uzair Sheikh, A truly global citizen born to Asian parents form two different countries living in third country , I have travelled all around the world and I’m enthusiastic learner of cultures cuisines ,music literature and in general about life , I grew up in Middle east, in united Arab emirates, Dubai a city that developed into mega happening place in two decades, Infront of my eyes, I had the opportunity to make friends with children from all around the world. during my elementary school, I was interested in drama, theater, went to London school of arts, participated in school days in stand-up comedy, singing on stage and so on;
In middle school I became interested in soccer, basketball, and in high school I became interested in teaching mentally challenged kids and assisted them in learning a bit of basic music composition on Launch Pad, I also attended a summer camp in NEW York Film Academy, my family has so many engineers including my father, encouraged me to study in that direction so during high school I took subjects like chemistry, math’s, algebra pre-calculus and physics etc.
However, I did not feel particularly drawn to science and technology. Instead, I was interested in understanding how money functions in relation to home, business, college, and sports teams, among other things. As I continue to study in my junior and senior classes, I have begun taking investment courses online, social media marketing attributes, and why it is so important for every business to be online,

# By creating valuable relationships between organizations and educational institutions, economic development can be improved through workforce and career development. According to Elsdon (2010), there are several ways in which a relationship between organizations and educational institutions can benefit all stakeholders.
Discuss your thoughts about one of the many ways in which organizations and educational institutions can collaborate. Be specific and explain how you think that collaboration can benefit everyone. Do not use direct quotes from the textbook.
Discussion Board Postings (15 points)
The online discussion will provide a venue for students to demonstrate reflection on their personal experiences and their thoughts about the readings. The discussion points should NOT just be a summary of the concepts, but a statement of thoughts, feelings, experiences, new insights, struggles, or questions you have from the readings. Students are expected to post 3-4 paragraph reflection by Thursday at 11:59 p.m. of that week on the discussion question. The students are also expected to respond to two classmates’ postings by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. Central. Do not simply reply to a classmate’s response without providing a new thought or idea. Make every effort to go beyond what has already been posted by your peers. In other words, don’t just say you like or agree with what they said. Tell us why and then add more.

Overview
You work as a middle manager for one of the top U.S. producers of luxury and mass-market automobiles and trucks. In response to a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) world, innovation has become a necessity for most organizations that want to compete in the marketplace. This includes automobile and truck manufacturers. The organization from the course scenario has decided to add IoT technology to its vehicles. While the organization is debating whether to utilize incremental or discontinuous innovation, you have been asked to create a presentation analyzing the dimensions of innovation for your team members. This presentation will help your team members understand the potential options for the organization and the possible technological trajectory (path).
Prompt
Using the information in the overview above and reviewing dimensions of innovation and the five major technological trajectories from your textbook, create a presentation analyzing innovations. It may be helpful to review the CTO Brief, Comparative Growth Data, Comparative Operating Statistics, and Comparative Product Plans documents. Your presentation should include the following points:
Slide One: Give examples of types of innovation for your company at the component and system levels.
Slide Two: Describe the potential incremental innovations from the types of innovation and explain why they are incremental.
Slide Three: Describe the potential discontinuous innovations from the types of innovation and explain why they are discontinuous.
Slides Four/Five: Explain the potential path for your organization by identifying one of the five technological trajectories for your organization along with your justification for that choice.
Guidelines for Submission
Using PowerPoint, create a 4–5 slide presentation that includes detailed speaker notes highlighting the important points you want to emphasize to your team members and includes references cited in APA format. Consult the Shapiro Library APA Style Guide for more information on citations.

Overview
You work as a middle manager for one of the top U.S. producers of luxury and mass-market automobiles and trucks. The chief technology officer (CTO) of the company from the course scenario has been researching new technology developments that the company could integrate into its vehicles to enhance their usefulness and access to sensor data. Such data is acquired by the many digital sensors that have been integrated into vehicle subsystems over the past 20–30 years. The technology trend of particular interest to the CTO is the internet of things (IoT), the interconnection of embedded devices such as sensors and computers over the internet to share data. For automobiles, the trend points to creating connected cars.
Prompt
Senior management has decided to explore IoT for the company’s trucks and cars. Your task is to create an internal memo explaining that the company should integrate IoT into its product line using the RWW (real, win, worth it) screening tool from the Module One resources and the information from the CTO Brief, Comparative Growth Data, Comparative Operating Statistics, and Comparative Product Plans documents. Consider the following:
Discuss the feasibility of the product line (refer to RWW screening tool question number one: Is it real?).
Is there a need or desire for the product?
Is the size of the potential market adequate?
Can the product actually be made?
Will the final product satisfy the market?
Discuss the ability of the company to win market share (refer to RWW screening tool question number two: Can we win?).
Will your company’s products have a competitive advantage?
How will your competitors respond?
Can your company understand the market properly?
Discuss the potential benefits to the company of producing this product (refer to RWW screening tool question number three: Is it worth doing?).
Will the product be profitable at an acceptable risk?
Does launching the product make strategic sense?
Does the product fit your company’s overall growth strategy?
Will your company’s senior management support this project?
Based on the answers to the questions above, explain the reasons why IoT and connected cars are strategically important to the company.
Consider the evolving customer needs and desires; how would they impact the company’s product plan?
What do you think competitors will do (if anything) in response to changes in your company’s development plan?
Do you think that accelerating development of connected cars will help grow the company?

Introduction
When people first discover the creative process, they recognize that this system surpasses the informal and haphazard approach they have taken their whole lives. A lightbulb turns on when they see that someone (actually, many people) have taken the time to reflect on the creative process, write it down, and articulate it. This can be both comforting, in the sense of recognition, and jarring, in the form of regret. Many people admit, “I can’t believe I have been missing this until now! I wish I had known about this decades ago!” The overwhelming reaction, though, reflects their excitement and renewed sense of possibility and agency. People feel more empowered with a process in hand. Knowing how to problem-solve is transformational and allows us to bring, reliably and on-demand, something novel and useful into our world.
Objectives
The purpose of this assignment is for you to:
Find examples of creativity and creative problem-solving in areas of interest to you.
Evaluate your understanding of creativity through these examples.
nstructions
Review the rubric so you know how you’ll be assessed.
Find examples of creativity and creative problem-solving in an area of interest to you in:
A problem relating to personal growth or development.
A problem relating to a hobby or passion.
A problem relating to your college experience or profession.
How are you seeing evidence of both creativity and creative problem-solving in these areas? Where are you seeing opportunities for even more innovation?
Reflect on your understanding of creativity and creative problem-solving through this research.
What to Submit
Your presentation must be compelling and memorable. The format/approach you take to submit your work is completely up to you (and taking a creative chance is a factor we assess on our rubric), but your work must contain the following elements:
The areas you researched.
The examples of creativity and creative problem solving you found.
Potential innovation in these areas.
Your reflection on creativity and creative problem solving.
Submission Guidelines
Submit all of your work through Canvas only
When dealing with large file sizes, make sure you leave extra time to upload by the due date/time.
For videos, upload to a Google folder and share the link with me. Do not upload directly to Canvas.
Make all files/links accessible for the TA and me
